Still Broken

The app is still broken. This is how most of us check and pay our bills fix ASAP

App doesn’t load

For two months I been having an issue trying to even get on the app, I click the app and it doesn’t even load it turns white screen with logo β€œSMUD
powering forward. Together.”
And it kicks me off the app.

Constant crashes

This app has been broken for months now. Only thing I can do on it is view the Home Screen. As soon as I try to navigate through the app it crashes on every option.

Not working

Use to be able to use app but now just crashes. Tried to deleted and reinstalled nothing works.

After the early June 2026 app upgrade , it crashes and closes after only showing a white screen.
