I usually have to try and get the app to connect and it’s a little non intuitive because it seems like you have to select cycle and temp then hit start, then enter the machine and then press go…???
I think, anyway it needs step-by-step instructions because after using it 4 times I STILL don’t know how to make it work the first time.
I give it 4.1 out of 5.
If they fix that part, then 5 for 5! 👍😎

User Friendly
Doesn’t wash off dirty enough , after washing you still see dirt and stains on your clothes
Wash and dry
Washer and dryer worked very well. Did open dryer when just starting load and lost 4.00. Be sure you have everything in dryer and do not need to make changes before entering QR code. Definitely would use again.
Not reliable
This is a poorly designed app with no way to get quick and easy support which you WILL need. Adding funds to your laundry card should not have as many issues as I have had with it. I would not use this if I didn’t have to.
