App should be removed from the App Store
Does nothing more than link to the download page of another app
1 star implies that it works at all, which is not the case
This app works about as “well” as WASH washers & dryers do, which are all hardly functional at all. Maybe if they spent less time ripping off families and low income housing complexes, then they could spend more time ensuring that their garbage heaps work.
This app simply DOES NOT WORK
Worst app. Worst laundry service. Disgusting smelly machines that never get maintained by this company. App does not work- it doesn’t let you fill out the service report and there is no phone number to call.
Can’t select a Machine Problem
When I click ‘Machine Problem’ there are no options except for the ‘cancel’ button, but I can’t submit an error report without specifying a problem :/
App doesn’t work
Just tried to use the app this morning to report a service issue. While it recognized the machine, the app wouldn’t let me select the problem. It’s a total waste of time to try using it as it is. I had to go to the website to report an issue and don’t bother calling the number, you’ll be on hold until you’re dead.
