Slow and glitchy
I wanted to add more time to the dryer. I clicked “extend time” and the option wouldn’t load to let me add more time. So that’s great, love an app that doesn’t function properly

Does not matter a lot if the time if you put a little load or larger load to many times needs to be dryed twice.

I really love this app because when
We have big loads that our apartment washer can't do we come to these machines and they're always really good and we enjoy them. They are fast and easy to use and we have never had any problems and if a machine breaks its easy to get in contact with customer support to come out and fix the machine at our apartment complex.

Wash and Dry
The washing machines and dryers need to be maintained regularly, not waiting for problems and letting the customer be inconvenienced. The washers only have hot water, even when cold is the choice. Not sure if the lint “pipes” have ever been cleaned. That would make the dryers more efficient and safer.

The WiFi connection in the laundry room I use is lousy, often times it takes up to 10-15 minutes to get through in order to start a machine

The washers and dryers are overpriced!! And I wish when you could pay you could put your own price like five dollars I don’t like that it won’t let you do a price under $10 sometimes I just need to add $5!
Steals your money
Frustrating App to use, I've regularly seen my account balance incorrectly reported as having a debt, money disappears from your account without reason or a record. I will be using a local laundry mat in the future.

I gave it five stars for the transaction timing and doing it quickly but it still needs to look more modern feel better as a app the whole thing but ima give it five stars cuz it works regardless

The machine accepts the payment and the. Looks like it’s about to start. It doesn’t. Always seem to have to pay twice.
I don’t like that it has a customization portion for money but tell you a $10 min.

Old coinomatic app was way better
It’s super annoying that you cannot open the app if you are not physically in the laundry room (if you wanted to add funds for example). Also. Charging $0.25 every time you load money onto the card is absurd when it’s already like $3.50 a load for machines which never get serviced. Feels like a grift.

Hotel washer/dryer
I’m at Holiday Inn Express in Plano, Tx. Nice room, pleasant hosts, loved breakfast; the breakfast lady was very nice, helpful and engaging. The first time using the washer and dryer was easier than I thought. I would stay at this hotel again. Oh and we utilized the pool often. Thank you Holiday Inn Express.

Money Grab
Constantly have to pay 2-3 times for laundry to either wash or dry. They limit your refunds after a couple and essentially you pay at least double from then on out. 17.50 for two loads of laundry. They claim to send techs if you have issues, but no techs show up and the issues are marked resolved. It’s a never ending circle of property management claiming wash connect is responsible and wash connect claiming they are not
