The app requires a minimum you cannot upload anything less than $10 I believe. The dryer only runs for 13 minutes unless you pay 25 cents .

I hate the app
The stinks it locked me out froze my account just because I tried to add a new card took me a day and a half to get it fixed and I had to rewash all my clothes
Account verification
They need to add a phone number verification. I have never made an account before, but everytime I try to sign in it says there is already an account with my number. When I try to sign in using my email it says there is no account with my email. Very inconvenient.

The app (if it works at all) is cumbersome and very unreliable. Just use the physical Wash card instead. The app sucks. Very frustrating!

Really poorly designed app, verification code takes ten minutes, no apple pay features, bad ui
Washer doesn’t work
Washer doesn’t drain clothes and leaves soap! No matter how little I put I have an issue where one load works fine and the second comes out extremely wet. I pay double the price just to get my clothes dry enough to be able to hang out to dry. Not to mention the increase in price for a washer that doesn’t work! Crazy. I will just continue to take my clothes to the laundromat where I know it will be clean and dry 100% . I keep giving them a try and am disappointed every time .

Sometimes
For the most part, the washing machines are decent. The only reason why I minus one star is because I usually have about four or five loads, but one machine will always never totally ring out the water so then I have to rewash it because there’s not just a spin cycle.

Not a good app
This really feels like an app from 2010 just with QR codes. Functionalities horrible. I have to login every time I go back to the laundry room. You can’t check on the status of the machines unless you are in the laundry room. I am a property manager at a different property and have asked to be switched to a different program.

Machines never work. Take your money and then give you refund limits. Support doesn’t call back.
These machines steal my money, my detergent and my time. I’ve never been so angry to write a review before. It’s absolutely miserable and you’re better off going to a laundromat

50% of the time my app won’t connect to the machine. I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app lots of times.
