it takes me like 10 minutes to start the dryer cause for some reason they decided to name every dryer 1 and 2 so my washer connects to a dryer next unit over they also have cards that we could use that we weren’t given so I can’t even use a wash card to start the dryer and washer

Machines won’t show up in the app. When they do they won’t activate have to close and open app multiple times to finally get it. Waste of time.

I absolutely love this app. It’s so easy to use and it helps me with my busy day.
Logged me out of my account and asked for an email to login. Never used an email to make my account. When i tried to create an account it told me my phone number was already being used. There is no option to login with phone number, so i cant get back into my account to do laundry. Terrible app.
Fails to find machines, payments don’t go through
This app fails to find the machines when I’m in the laundry room. I have done multiple cycles of force closing the app and turning Bluetooth off and on again and 80% of the time I still get an error message from the app that says “no machines found,” even when I’m standing right in front of the machines. Today it took me 15 minutes to get the app to find a machine. When the app finally located the machines, it often gets stuck on the payment; the payment won’t go through and the machine won’t start. Then I have to start the whole process over. I never thought I’d say it, but I’d rather be using quarters than this unreliable junk!

Literally does not work
Upon creating your account the app will use Bluetooth to “scan” a laundry room and register all the machines in it. I did this in a room with six machines and it registered one dryer. THERE IS NOT A POSSIBLE WAY TO RE-DO THIS PROCESS. You can’t re-scan via Bluetooth, you can’t manually enter the room code, you can’t scan the QR codes on the machines, nothing. How there is ZERO functionality to re-try something if there is a technical error is beyond me. This is even more frustrating when it prompts you to put money in your account first (a minimum of $10). And the “refund request” button literally does nothing, you will tap the screen over and over again and nothing will happen. Because the app hadn’t scanned any washing machines, I still had to pay the $2.50 on top of that. I literally feel like this app blatantly stole money from me. Don’t waste your time, I have no idea where these 5 star reviews are coming from.

Literally useless
The app works until you have a problem with the machines. Between it not displaying all washed loads so you can’t request a refund for it. To it flagging you for asking for refunds since their equipment is normally broken, I would recommend avoiding this product and company if you can.

This company by far is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Machines are always down and stealing your money. It honestly takes weeks to fix machines or have anyone out. I would not in any shape or form recommend this company for your washing needs👎👎

It’s taking some time to get used to. The biggest issue thus far is the physical change you input into the machines. The Washer or dryer does not recognize it.

I downloaded in one laundromat and had to preload $20 but it wouldn’t connect with a different wash connect laundromat to use my balance until I deleted the app re-downloaded and re-logged in from the other place.

Reliable washing
I like the application reloading. It is simple using it as simple. I wish the timing system was more accurate. Clearly I have a 38 minute wash but it seems as though every single cycle dry or wash is 45 minutes.
