Washer and dryer have same number on app and different numbers on actual machines.

It’s fine when it works but the money deductions are off sometimes and phone support is useless.

The machines don’t connect to the application, and they repaired them with duct tape. No matter how many times people have communicated the difficulties with using the equipment they never seem to be fixed. What a way to run a business. A way to go, WASH-Connect!

The app works well overall, but the password reset system really needs improvement. It took over an hour for the password reset link to arrive in my email, which made it impossible to log in when I needed to. Please improve the speed and reliability of the password reset process, as it’s a frustrating experience for users. Other than that, the app is good, but this issue definitely needs attention.

OK for what it is…
often we don’t get notifications for when our laundry is done in the washer or dryer, but the app works for what it’s meant to do which is just pay for a cycle.
Price is too high
The prices were raised and the service doesn’t fully complete the cycle

Update on app since it won’t let me give a new review 2026 August I do not like how even though you pay for the same amount for every laundry it gives you different times on different machines even though I click the same settings on every machine one machine will give me 37 minutes and that machine next to it will give me 50 minutes and somehow I end up with an uneven amount of change in my wallet on the app. I have 25 cents left in my wallet when the washing machines deal ¢.25 charges so how do I have ¢80 left it leeps leaving me with random change so I do not like the random time allotments on the machines and uneven charges

It’s buggy sometimes
It sometimes gets stuck and it’s hard to reset. It takes a few times, but it eventually happens.
Horrible
Machines constantly breaking down and when you try to get a refund they will say you reached the maximum refund limit and have to reach out to customer service within a certain time frame or else you don’t get your refund. I can’t wait to move and never have to use these horrible machines ever again with the insane prices. Also sometimes it doesn’t show you your active machines and you have to guess when your laundry is done. Insane.

Not connecting to laundry room
The app seems to all of a sudden need internet to connect to the laundry room and even with bluetooth on fails to actually connect to a machine. It was working fine for a bit before and then i accidentally clicked support and now i need to connect back to the laundry room and now its says there’s “no laundry room found”. Please fix this.

Doesn’t work half the time. Machines charge you but don’t let you start them and then the customer service doesn’t do anything to help
