Fix It
So i’m using this apple device i just updated my phone to the most recent ios and for some reason the smud app worked. But we shouldn’t have to update our phones just to use the app fix this for everyone
App is crashing
Damn SMUD will you all ever fix this app? I have been using this app for many months and sometimes it lets me pay my SMUD payment on the app and sometimes it doesn’t. Today I tried to pay my bill through your app and it crashed. No matter what area I touched on the app it crashes.This app is very helpful for me to pay my monthly bill when it works. I paid it last month with no problem and then you all updated it a few days ago and now it’s crashing again. Can you please fix it?

Doesn’t work it won’t even open up
I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times it won’t even open up, called SMUD they can’t find the issue

The app stopped working May 2026. Will not open. Constantly closes out without opening going back to your phone’s Home Screen.

For two months I been having an issue trying to even get on the app, I click the app and it doesn’t even load it turns white screen with logo “SMUD

Constant crashes
This app has been broken for months now. Only thing I can do on it is view the Home Screen. As soon as I try to navigate through the app it crashes on every option.

Use to be able to use app but now just crashes. Tried to deleted and reinstalled nothing works.

SMUD I have been using this app for many months and I could check my usage and pay my SMUD bill each month including last month’s bill. Today I tried to pay my bill through your app and it crashed. No matter what area I touched on the app it crashes. This started since the last update about a week ago. This app has been helpful for me to pay my monthly bill and check my usual throughout the month, but not anymore. Can you please fix it.

Doesn’t work
I’ve been trying to load this app back up to pay my bills and it just won’t load past the white smud screen. I’ve redownloaded and reinstalled hoping it would fix the issue but nothing has fixed it

This is the worst utilities app I have ever used. It is too buggy during payment processing. I just use the website at this point.
Crashes repeatedly
Not functional on my iPhone 15. Always end up using the desktop site on my phone because the app is so horrible.

The app itself when I had an android was good but when I got a new iPhone, it crashed and it stopped working on my iPhone so while I can see how much I owe for my bill on the app, I can’t pay it
