The app is still broken. This is how most of us check and pay our bills fix ASAP
App doesn’t load
For two months I been having an issue trying to even get on the app, I click the app and it doesn’t even load it turns white screen with logo “SMUD

Constant crashes
This app has been broken for months now. Only thing I can do on it is view the Home Screen. As soon as I try to navigate through the app it crashes on every option.
Not working
Use to be able to use app but now just crashes. Tried to deleted and reinstalled nothing works.
After the early June 2026 app upgrade , it crashes and closes after only showing a white screen.

SMUD I have been using this app for many months and I could check my usage and pay my SMUD bill each month including last month’s bill. Today I tried to pay my bill through your app and it crashed. No matter what area I touched on the app it crashes. This started since the last update about a week ago. This app has been helpful for me to pay my monthly bill and check my usual throughout the month, but not anymore. Can you please fix it.

Doesn’t work
I’ve been trying to load this app back up to pay my bills and it just won’t load past the white smud screen. I’ve redownloaded and reinstalled hoping it would fix the issue but nothing has fixed it

This is the worst utilities app I have ever used. It is too buggy during payment processing. I just use the website at this point.

Not functional on my iPhone 15. Always end up using the desktop site on my phone because the app is so horrible.

The app itself when I had an android was good but when I got a new iPhone, it crashed and it stopped working on my iPhone so while I can see how much I owe for my bill on the app, I can’t pay it
App Crashes Far Too Often
This app has consistently crashed on me every time i use it, regardless of updates. Kinda laughable if it didn’t prevent me from paying my electricity bill.

The app is largely useless as it will crash consistently when clicking the links to view the bill, rate or usage.
Reinstalling does not help.
Overall it would probably be better to withdraw the app rather than offering this disappointment just to say "We have an app!".

It always signs me out if I haven’t opened it in a few weeks and it doesn’t remember my sign in account or password. Please Fix this!!

Can’t login
I can login through browser but the app say information is incorrect. Bummer, would’ve love to just use the app and have facial ID to login to make it easy.
Trouble with the app.
Trouble with the app. I then tried deleting it and reinstalling it, now I can’t find how to reinstall it in the app sore. I like the app though, I want to be able to reinstall it so I can continue to use it.
