See Click Close your Request

I submitted a request for Treasure Island to actually pick up trash, yard waste, and recycle as it has been kind of an optional service since we all had to leave our homes following the hurricane. I received an email saying it was closed providing no more information. Gee thanks. Guess I’ll either see yard waste and trash still sitting in front of my house when I go check in the property this weekend.

I expect better

This is my second request for this discarded sectional sofa.

Westminster Heights

Responses to requests seem to be ignored Here in my part of the burg. Yard parking is a huge issue and should be addressed en masse. Ie a sweep!

Unintuitive

The selection titles may make sense to the City, but it’s not how average resident thinks of the naming and categories. Additionally, I find the responses to be less than cordial in tone.
