USB-C won’t work
Paid a lot of money for the camera, app hasn’t been updated in 4 years. Won’t work on modern iPhones with USB-C power inlet. I have tried numerous adapters. Very frustrating and disrespectful to customers.
Hopelessly broken and abandoned
Doesn’t do anything but freeze and crash with my seek compact and iPhone 14. I have to keep an ancient iPhone around to run this camera. Disappointed.
Seek thermal
It would be great if technology was no bad awful with newer iPhones ,this device is obsolete for just having some years on it update this for new iPhones

Love this thermal camera for all my pcb repair work, but it loses strength in that there is no “rotate screen mode”!. When I airplay this to an adjacent screen, it’s stuck in Portrait! Please Seek , add this to your app so I can fill my screen!
Cannot Find Device
The app cannot find my SEEK compact. I also cannot load any informatinal videos to explain how the app works while inside of the app. Only on youtube. It is very slow and buggy, and I cannot get the app or the camera to function...BUYERS BEWARE.
Doesn’t work with iPhone 16
Disappointed… I’ve contacted support for adapters and they just said to go to Amazon. Didn’t recommend any specific adapter. Bought 2 different sets. Neither worked… very disappointing to have an expensive dust collector that could be so incredibly useful.😠😠
Still works on iPhone 15
The app is old and I had to get a USB-C to Lightning adapter cable to connect the camera but everything still works.

I can never get this app to work properly it will come on and immediately close out. I can get nobody to contact me about this issue. Why??? I paid the money for the camera but it’s no freaking good if the app doesn’t work!!
Stopped working on iPhone 13 and does not work on 14 or 16 with adapter
The app has always been problematic. You have to open it a couple times to make it work and then once it recognizes the camera it may take a few minutes for an image to show up. I have a Seek Compact that i purchased last year, when I emailed for support they told me it was manufactured in 2017. Anyways when I connect the camera to my phone the app will recognize that I have a Seek Compact plugged in but the screen stays black. I read the other reviews and someone mentioned they tried turning cellular data off and trying again, unfortunately for me this did not work.

Will not connect
App does recognize when unit is connected to iPhone 12.
I got it to connect for 5 minutes after rebooting, then nothing.
Unit works fine on old iPhone 7.
Data transfer and charging works fine on the iPhone 12 but this does not.
I was forced to update the IOS version on my iPhone 7 to use iTunes. Now it does not work on that device either and I can’t downgrade.

Auf einem iPhone13 hat es zunächst funktioniert - mit einem Update von iOS plötzlich nicht mehr - seitdem muss ich ein altes iPad mitnehmen, um meine Kamera nutzen zu können. Das war vorher praktischer 😕
Can’t make it work on my iPhone 14
I have not used my camera in a couple of years and I only used it a couple of times when I first bought it. I have since upgraded to an iPhone 14 Pro. It seems to connect but there is no image on my phone as if it’s not really on. Not sure what to adjust.
Buggiest app I have ever used!
Verry disappointed! 480 bucks and 2 days after purchase the camera split in half after trying to gently remove the macro lenses. App is also so buggy I’m starting to think it was created by Bethesda! Every 2 seconds you have to reboot the app because it has inverted the view so moving your phone left moves the image right. Rebooting the app solves this for 2 seconds than comes back. Randomly changes your view from 16:9 to 4:3 as well.
Time to send this back and get a refund and the cheaper and yet somehow better Infiray P2 pro.
