Hello, I believe there may be a misunderstanding regarding how the application works. First of all, no online presence search application can guarantee results for 100% of the people being searched. If no relevant public information is available online, it is entirely possible that no results will be returned. Furthermore, if you genuinely experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the application, Apple provides a refund process. To date, no refund request has been submitted on your behalf. I understand that your experience may have been disappointing, but claiming that the application does not work or that it systematically displays random information does not reflect how the application actually functions.
