App is crap!!
The worse app I've ever used to order something. It would not allow me to pull up people I entered in the apps address book, recipients would disappear. When you choose something to add to the "bag" a list pops up to choose from and it doesn't show people in your address book. I should get a bigger discount for all the wasted time I spent. Had to do two separate purchases because I finally had enough.

UX needs work
Things just don’t work the way they should, and you can’t even scroll to the bottom of a page. But it’s See's candy, so I had to bump up the star rating a bit.
Great candy, glitchy app
The candy is great, but the app didn’t allow me to place my order. I tried to place an order on the app, but when I got to the final order page, I wasn’t able to get the app to stay scrolled all the way to the bottom of the page, so I couldn’t click the order button. It kept sort of hiccuping. I ended up calling the 800 number. Also, the app privacy notice popped up continually; I must’ve clicked it 8-10 times. Why???

Never works
Fix the app. It’s been 2 yearsAnd no one has bothered to take the time to fix it. When it comes time to check out once I enter in my credit card information, it won’t let me scroll down to the bottom to finalize payment.

Ordered $500 worth of chocolates for christmas. I go to the shop to pickup; they say they never got mt order. They tell me to call the customer service number, and they say they never got the order either. However they did charge me the $500. I had to call my bank and get a refund
good idea, needs more work
lots of visual bugs. one of the biggest ones that really detracts from the app is the jitteriness of the display. essentially, when a user taps on an icon or is scrolling, the page will jump to another section. this was happening every other Touch Screen Action (tapping, scrolling). hope this helps
Menu
The app is ok for ordering, but it’s glitchy and often times tapping the back button just leaves you on a blank white page. The a-p doesn’t fit on an iPad , which is ok I guess, but the worst flaw is the simple lack of a menu that shows what each candy looks like so you can determine what’s what in a box. If you pretend to buy a custom box, you can see one spread across many pages, so it obviously exists within the app, but there’s not an easy way to just look at the chocolate pieces and compare them to a picture to see what is what.

Custom Mix
You can swipe the screen from right to left to get to the following pages. You don’t need to tap on the arrow. Swipe the other way to get to a previous screen. It does take a little persistence. I had to swipe several times before it moved, but it does work. Hope this helps.
See’s Candies is world class, but the app is brand new and rough
See’s Candies are the most delicious chocolate I’ve found in my life, and their customer service is great too. This review is just for the new app itself to help improve it, I’ll change it later when the issues are worked out. I’m using an iPhone 8 and it doesn’t let me customize my box of chocolates because after I add the first type of candy to the box, there is a banner on the bottom of the screen that covers the < > arrows letting you navigate to the next page to choose more candies. Their website is beautifully designed, it’s just this app that needs some work. Maybe if you’re just ordering a presorted box it would probably be fine for that.
