I have been using video door phone and i am not receiving any alerts on my mobile phone. No service is provided. Waste of money

Doesn’t configure for iOS devices. The camera door phone doesn’t connect to any iOS device. Poor app and no support is available.

Wish I had read the app reviews before purchasing the godrej video door phone.
The app is an absolute nightmare, missing basic features like switching between multiple cameras (CAM1/CAM2). The video door phone that comes as part of purchase does allow you to manually switch between camera.
More importantly, the phone app only allows one way talk and there is a lot of lag when you try to communicate using phone app. After you speak, there is a 2-3 seconds lag before it unmutes the other side but by then the other person is already done responding. So either you have to be a very good lip reader or you need to ask the person to repeat.
It doesn’t seem like Godrej really care or maintain this app at all. This seriously needs an update.
I would recommend to go for a more popular brand and definitely check their app reviews. Anyway I bet they wont be this bad!!

Multiple alerts for one event
I am on IOS v15.5. From past few days I am getting the same alert atleast 10 times..

Really pathetic app! Bought a Godrej product expecting solid and reliable performance but this App makes my purchase useless! Please come up with a more functional app for iOS devices!
Tech company vs locker brand
This has been a learning for me that one should buy hi-tech products from tech companies only. Since traditional hardware companies like Godrej launch products in the categories which they don’t fully understand. These products are created and launched via their Chinese vendors but seldom supported. In the end consumers who pay such high premium for these experiments are the ultimate losers. App is really bad and is never updated. The app is not even created by Godrej themselves. Don’t waste your money on this product pls.

The whole configuration part is so complex that you have to always seek the help of their (never available) service support staff.
The device is for security and none of its security features are reliable. Inspite of speaking to its dealer, its toll free number I have not received any support to get this damn expensive thing working.

No ring alerts
Im not getting ring alerts for ages.please fix it
SEETHRU pro is not working
It was wooWhen I bought the VDP from Godrej in oct 2018. Since July 2019 there is no ring in iPhone and ipad. Pictures are 50% on APP

Notifications stopped working
This used to be a nice app but notifications stopped working from March 2020. I would expect company like Godrej to support this app actively and update as and when required. I can still view camera and unlock remotely but without notification it’s bit pointless.
Notifications on mobile phone missing after ios update
I'm on ios 13.4.1, and ever since the update I am not getting the ring alerts on my phone. It used to be very prompt but not anymore. The app hasn't been updated in over 2 years. And from a company like Godrej, much more is expected. I request Mr Pranav Verma to kindly update the app so that the ring alerts start working again on iphone.

POOR PERFORMANCE
The app crashes a thousand times during the day. It’s not even optimized properly for iPhone X use.

This app is no longer functioning when phone is connected to mobile data no matter whether its 4G or anything else i am using see thru pro for my 2 different places both with the same issue i switched it between my 3 iphones .Whenever i connect my wi-fi it works fine do there is a bug in it needs to be fixed

Not connecting
It do not connect when someone rings the door bell. Even in 4g network the remark comes “Poor Network Connection “
Not able to see the activity recorded when someone rings the bell
In case I'm unable to check out he activity when I get the notification its obvious that I will check it later...but Even if I tap on the activity once it's recorded it does not open to the recorded image...please make this proper as someone is ringing the bell on a daily basis and I'm not able to check the captured image.
