Lousy development work
The app is terrible, most of the times it doesn’t open and when it does, it’s really hard to find or even open what you are finding for, like for example, a simple message from SS

Good afternoon, If you have problems opening it, please uninstall the app and download it again. It may need updates. As for the messages, they are really easy to find. Open the app. Do not scroll, you will find the massages immediatley below. Kind regards, Instituto de Informática
