Just tried to scan my face and keeps saying to try again. After 10th attempt is no point. What a useless app

Tinha finalmente a porcaria do cartão de cidadão e os outros cartão, agora com a novo update já não sei onde é que enfiaram isso. Miséria de app, vergonha, cambada de incompetência.

I followed instructions to go to the balcão/citizen shop in person to activate. This was very easy. Now I can log in to apps and sign some documents with the mobile key.
However, I think it is ridiculous that to sign a document I have to enter my ID and private PIN number password on someone else’s computer!!! This was at a bank.
Then I receive a text message to give them a code as a 2nd factor.
How is this secure? My private pin should only be entered on my devices.
Additionally I get very confused sometimes because in some instances I get a text message, other times I need to use the authenticator code built into the app.

Unable to receive the SMS
Can’t use the app because one simply can’t enroll. It seems that the system is unable to text numbers in the USA. Dead app.
Impossible to sign up + the camera reader is useless
I am trying to sign up, the camera reader for my ID card does not work properly, I have tried countless times and it gives an error every time , even though the image is clear . So frustrating!
