App doesn’t work for iPhones
Unable to connect my vehicle to the app with an iPhone. Received message that tbox was not found. Took it to dealer and they had same issues even after replacing tbox. However, when they tried with an android phone it connected. Segway needs to address this issue. I sent 2 emails to customer support and received no reply.

The map on it is terrible. The only feature of the app that I would use is the worst I’ve ever seen. Pretty much a useless app.
two mobile phones on one vehicle ???
is it possible to connect two mobile phones simultaneously to the same account. means one vehicle, one account but two devices. with one device it's ok, but as soon as I start the app on another device, it stops working on the first device
Don’t work anymore
App worked great last few years now all of sudden it won’t work even though the Bluetooth is connected to the unit, pretty much zero help from Segway Powersports
