Very helpful !
Most tech apps make me feel like I am already supposed to know what i am doing. Seirio is different. It explains things in simple steps, gives me time to follow along, and never rushes me.
Every small success feels earned. The day I fixed a problem with my account by myself, I actually smiled. It may seem like a small thing, but it gave me confidence that I could learn this stuff after all.

My grandma struggled so much with her phone. I keep thinking how much this would have helped her. I am recommending it to every family I know with older parents, younger kids or everyone as they use devices. The instructions are so clear. Beautifully made.
The most patient app I have ever used
Every tutorial I find online goes too fast or uses words I do not understand. Seirio gives me one thing to do at a time and waits for me. When I got my email working again I felt genuinely proud of myself. That does not happen often.
