About
Your whole life, drawn as a grid of weeks. The weeks you've lived are filled in; the weeks ahead are waiting. But the end of the grid isn't a fixed number — it's a live estimate of your own life expectancy, built from your Apple Health data.
Most "life in weeks" apps show the same static grid to everyone. Seize the Week moves. As your fitness, heart, sleep, and activity trends improve, weeks get added back to your grid. Let them slip, and you'll see that too. It's the clearest possible picture of how today's habits shape your time.
HOW IT WORKS
• Start from a national life table for your age, sex, and country.
• Adjust it with evidence-based factors from your 90-day Apple Health trends — VO2 max, resting heart rate, daily steps, sleep duration, exercise minutes, body measurements, and blood pressure — plus a couple of things Health can't measure, like smoking and alcohol.
• Every adjustment shows its source. Tap any factor to see the research behind it and how your own trend is moving.
• Each week, your horizon updates. See exactly which habit moved it, and by how much.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account. No sign-up. No servers.
• Your health data is read-only and never leaves your device, except to sync through your own private iCloud.
• Free with ads (Google AdMob); a one-time Remove Ads purchase turns them off. Your Health data is never used to target them.
AN HONEST ESTIMATE
Seize the Week is a motivational visualization, not a medical prediction or health advice. Nobody knows your number. What this app shows is how your choices move the odds — and how much of your life is still ahead of you.
Carpe septimanam. Seize the week.
