Black screen of death glitch

When I clicked create I saw a spinning Sekai logo and it just disappeared and showed me a black screen saying check your connection even when I’m on full wifi

Look I’ve been playing this for years and I’ve been trying to look on the bright side of things and every time I leave a good review because I honestly love the game but the characters are excessive when this app first came out it was better I didn’t know what you guys changed but the characters are overly obsessive even if you put crush and it’s just not enjoyable anymore because when their obsessed because their too focused on something else and don’t really go with the story anymore it’s not that it’s a bad thing because when you make them to be like that it’s good but it should still be enjoyable and they shouldn’t be focused on one thing and forcing themselves on to you if you get what I mean so all I’m saying is please just fix this because with just being so overwhelming it’s not fun if you put them to act like that then okay but even if you don’t something is wrong please just all I’m asking is if you can just find away to fix this it was good when it just came out now their sooo much bugs. As I have explained if you put them to be that way it’s good but if you put them to be that way and caring or loving they forget about the caring and loving parts and go full overwhelming obsessiveness I just what them to be like how you put them I don’t want to give up on this game but if it keeps up like this I might have to but I really do love this so please fix it and I really do appreciate you guys for making this it’s been my favorite for a while. So I love it and I love you guys for making it and I love that unlike most apps you listen that’s my favorite thing about this and you should continue it would really make this app even bigger because it shows the creators actually care and that’s rare plus theirs really good people on their that could actually turn into good friends or best friends so I do hope this app gets bigger it just needs some adjustments to actually know what I’m talking about and asking you to fix I think that you should actually play the app and see if you haven’t. When I try to play my drafts or anything made by me it doesn’t load, same with the create screen where you give it the prompts aka the chat screen

I love it but..

Suddenly like a week ago I was gonna go on Sekai until it suddenly logged me out? Of my own account. I used an google account for that account and whenever I try to login it keeps on saying “Unexpected error. Try again” EVERY TIME!! I have more that 10 Sekais on that account. Every single day i try to log in and it keeps saying the unexpected error. My wifi is fine and there’s no rain and it keeps saying Unexpected error!! Please help! I don’t know if someone hacked me, or maybe just before that I had my old iPad on that account and the iPad broke and it’s probably still logged in on that device!
