You top up but you can’t withdraw you can’t even add money to your card balance just give me back my money I’m done

I am so disappointed by the service rendered
1. Customer support never solves problems ( you will always be dealing with automated messages)
2. Unable to withdraw your money . The app unilaterally decides to hold your funds . You cannot buy USD or withdraw to MoMo
3. Any previous balance from earlier accounts will remain pending for verification. You will not be able to withdraw .
4. Sekure will charge you 1$ for every transaction included failed transactions . In fat the charge you for initiating a transaction without sufficient balance.
5. I understand that this is a business but your exchange rates are too high 650fr for a 1$ .
6. Unfortunately I have money blocked in my card an Sekure wallet . I regret downloading this app .
