1. Customer support never solves problems ( you will always be dealing with automated messages)
2. Unable to withdraw your money . The app unilaterally decides to hold your funds . You cannot buy USD or withdraw to MoMo
3. Any previous balance from earlier accounts will remain pending for verification. You will not be able to withdraw .
4. Sekure will charge you 1$ for every transaction included failed transactions . In fat the charge you for initiating a transaction without sufficient balance.
5. I understand that this is a business but your exchange rates are too high 650fr for a 1$ .
6. Unfortunately I have money blocked in my card an Sekure wallet . I regret downloading this app .

You add funds and the system doesn’t work and you can’t also do a withdrawal

You top up and you can’t withdraw or recharge a card, the fees are excessive and the customer service is full of rubbish, they won’t respond in time and even when they respond they never solve your problem, after sometime they delete your account and ask you to verify again while not giving back your previous balance, when you do they ask you to buy a card again and then they hold your account balance again for months in the name of verification. They have never refunded money back to someone’s mobile money. Run away 💨💨. You will regret it I promise you.

Grosse panne pas toujours résolu
Grosse panne depuis le mois de janvier on peut effectuer des dépôts mais pas de transaction ni de recharge de carte. Vraiment dommage c’est pénalisant.

Pas fiable…. Trop de soucis techniques faisant en sorte que ni la recharge de carte ni les payements ne fonctionnent pas pendant de longues périodes ( 1 voir 2 mois)

Tu peux mettre ton argent mais impossible ton charger ta et très très impossible de retirer l’argent. C’est une arnaque et le service client qui est toujours entrain de faire des fausses promesses. Je désinstalle ; vous pouvez rester avec mon argent qui est dans le compte mais sachez qu’un jour vous payerez cela.
