Selaun - 0.1 Hz

SELAUN – The biological emergency brake. Decouple your mind from the planetary noise. Do you feel chronically exhausted, driven, and constantly wired, despite getting enough sleep? This is not a psychological defect, nor is it an organic weakness. It is pure physics. We live in a world of maximum acceleration. The modern attention economy, artificial scarcity, and constant availability force your brain into a state of permanent, artificial panic. Your frontal lobe continuously simulates threats, producing high-frequency gamma waves (30 to 100 Hertz). This cognitive friction burns your energy. Your body is running like an engine constantly in the redline. SELAUN is not just another esoteric app. SELAUN is a precise, biophysical timing instrument that halts exactly this overheating process. The app utilizes the oldest and most powerful anatomical protocol of the human body: the 10-second wave. WHAT IS COHERENCE? Your body has a built-in biological shield—an emergency brake hardwired into your anatomy (the vagus nerve). SELAUN provides you with an incorruptible rhythm of exactly 6 breaths per minute. This corresponds to a frequency of exactly 0.1 Hertz. When you follow this beat, you forcefully pull your system out of the high-frequency gamma noise (stress, anxiety, flight) and into the so-called zero band. Your heartbeat and brainwaves synchronize. They oscillate in the exact same rhythm. Science calls this flawless mechanical state heart-brain coherence. WHAT DOES COHERENCE DO TO YOUR SYSTEM? The effects of 0.1 Hertz are not metaphorical; they are radical and physically measurable: The Death of the Frontal Lobe (Phase Cancellation): Through the 10-second rhythm, you signal absolute ecological safety to your brainstem. The stress-induced apocalypse simulations and the endless spiraling of thoughts in your frontal lobe collapse instantly. Toxic stress is neutralized at the cellular level through pure phase cancellation. You deprive anxiety of its fuel. The Biophysical Insulator: Absolute coherence generates a stable electromagnetic field around your body. It acts like a Faraday cage. You build an isolated "bubble" in the middle of the metropolis and physically shield yourself from the toxic cognitive smog of your surroundings. Restoration of Latency: Those who breathe in coherence no longer act out of panic. You exit the blind fight-or-flight pattern and regain that millisecond-precise latency (delay) that allows you to analyze reality coldly and sovereignly before you act. SELAUN PRO FEATURES: BREATHE NOW: The immediate emergency exit. One push of a button, and the interface relentlessly forces you into the protective 0.1 Hertz rhythm. Ideal for acute stress peaks in everyday urban life. SET THE PACE: Become the operator. Determine the duration of your own maintenance cycle. Fully decouple yourself from the matrix of the performance society for 5, 10, or 40 minutes. CLEAN, MACHINE-LIKE INTERFACE: No distractions, no gamification, no reward systems. SELAUN is a pure, focused tool, reduced to the bare mechanics of decoupling. FROM VICTIM TO THERMOSTAT Stop fleeing from the burdens of the modern world. Flight only creates new panic. Stand exactly where you are. Open SELAUN, throttle your breathing frequency to 0.1 Hertz, and simply deny the acceleration your resonance. Download SELAUN. Don't flee. Set the rhythm.
