The title says it all. They care about every step of your process of what you need to arrange as far as travel, hotel and dining for me. Can’t go wrong and worth every penny. Luxury is more than a price , it’s a service for me
Great Membership
From the service of the concierge to the array of benefits across so many categories, there is so much to explore with Select. I really enjoy the hotel, dining, and lifestyle benefits specifically. Syndicate was a great addition as well. Highly recommend if you like elevated experiences and access.
Always evolving
Having been a member for a while, it’s remarkable to see Select evolve, seemingly right alongside my lifestyle.
While restaurants and events initially attracted me, the new member syndicate (for venture opportunities) is worth 10 memberships on its own. The other items I use regularly are hotels, particularly the VIP amenities program, I find they treat you like a celebrity at some properties + all the value added perks, the concierge and AI planning tools, and some lifestyle benefits like Pure Encapsulations, Ferragamo, and Superpower. And I still use restaurants occasionally, it was great to see Motek as a recent addition.
Overall recommend. It feels like the platform for the modern affluent lifestyle, and I haven’t seen anything else that comes close.

AMAZING SERVICE
LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT SELECT!!
This is a scam.
I normally would consider myself a fairly astute, estimator products and services. Particularly when related to travel and luxury services and items. But admittedly, I was taken in by the admittedly, convincing advertising and marketing of this reported exclusive service. Being a member and owner of several high-end travel credit cards, such as AMEX platinum and Chase Sapphire, along with other premium airline memberships and elevated status for multiple other travel outlets. Here’s what I can tell you about this… This is a complete scam. There is no real value here, you cannot directly book any reservation for any restaurant any hotel or any other travel accommodation… You must go through the concierge, and then they reply to you, and in every single instance where I attempted to use their service, they provided no added value from offers. Anyone could readily find online for the respective sites or travel entities, and much less the service provides much less advantages than even a very modest travel credit card or membership in airline status much less the higher-tier offerings. There is literally no added value to this service. Stay away.

Overall Exceptional
Select continues to improve onan already strong foundation. The hotel offerings are incredible. The mixed offering of VIP amenities and unpublished rates creates a stronger program than any I’ve seen and more than recoups my membership fee each year, likely 4X. The new syndicate offering by itself is worth many times the cost of membership as the access to vetted and otherwise inaccessible early and late stage venture opportunities is phenomenal. The remaining portions dining, lifestyle, and business are all valuable as well and the concierge team is nice to have. I’ve also noticed increasing improvements to the website and the app which are great to see.

Malfunctioning App & Horrible Customer Service
We used the app to book a future hotel stay. After entering our information their app changed the date without our consent. We received an email with the incorrect reservation date. Their customer service did not cancel the reservation. The least they should have done was to get us the correct date! They couldn’t even do that. DO NOT PURCHASE it. The very few good discounts are not worth the price.

App logs you out everything.
Please fix this so that I don’t have to plug in my user name and password every time I open the app. Also add more things to Scottsdale please.
Only works in 18 cities, very limited benefits
They immediately took my $250 and wouldn't let me see the actual “benefits” until after. Once I logged in there was NOTHING for my city (Tampa, FL). They only support 18 cities for 95% of the offers. The ones considered “national” are stupid things like movie tickets that have to be shipped anyways so you have no idea when you’ll get them or if they’ll work. They even pressure you to buy in bulk (for what reason, idk). This is pretty much a scam unless you live in those cities, they just make sure they take your money first before revealing this. Shady shady business.

Elevated My Social & Professional Life
I can’t brag enough about how great SELECT has been for my career & social life! I’ve taken clients to their restaurant partners & close friends to a few of the private parties. We’ve always had an amazing time & love the new spots around town which we hadn’t heard of prior. The absolute best feature is the Concierge service. I needed to create an itinerary for my best friends bachelor party & after consulting with SELECT, they offered to handle the entire set up & spoke to various locations on my behalf ultimately booking a lineup of restaurants & venues where we just needed to show up! Highly recommend & I thank their team, Christen, Erin, Beth & Stella for going above & beyond!

Not sure if it’s a scam?
So far, I can’t tell if it’s a scam. I’ve tried using the perks and their links for travel books like car rentals, but when I go through the process I come out with the same exact rates I got publicly. Plus, the “concierge” links all go to non-existent pages. There’s no concierge or anyone you can talk to. I really don’t recommend this.

Slick app, easy to use. Love my membership. It’s the best way to dine out. The restaurant benefits are unreal.

Very easy to use, even for those who aren't very tech savvy. As I am new in Asia, it's great to not only discover new restaurants that I had no idea about, but also get dynamic and meaningful discounts. I highly recommend.

Great app that makes booking hotels easy and affordable. There is a huge range of properties to choose from so every budget is catered to, it is often cheaper to book through the app than booking directly with the hotel.
