Won’t let me login to the app I need a subscription but won’t let me can you help?
Greed is blinding their potential
Why would anyone pay $100 a year for videos you can find easily on YouTube for free? These guys are plain greedy if they were smarter they’d realize this is the only app of its kind and they could use it as a marketing platform to advertise their amazing mirrors.
Way over priced for what you actually get.
Content is fine, but it really isn’t worth a hundred dollars a year. Maybe if you’re spending a ton of money on special cuts, but most people are going to go a few years before they recoup the cost. Not a great value.
Great App and Product
I really enjoyed using the Selfcut System as it has been a game changer for me styling and cutting my hair. The app is definitely an added plus as it provides tutorials and techniques to use with the mirror.
Very helpful
Very helpful app and app interface is excellent and user friendly. Perfect product for beginners to learn how to cut their own hair as well as others. Full of tips, tutorials and general knowledge for beginners. Hopefully they upload regularly and take user feedback and video suggestions into consideration. Keep up the good work!

Self Cut System App is great
I have been cutting my hair for some years now and needed some pointers on techniques that could help me get a better with my fades. I must say that my subscription has paid off ten fold. I’ve learned so much from this app and I enjoy seeing new content as they produce more.

Faulty website/App
I downloaded the app and subscribed to their subscription. I couldn’t watch the basic tutorial on how to cut hair because apparently I dont have that level of subscription? If thats the case then I have no idea why I’m paying the monthly subscription! Ridiculous.
1 month after purchase
STILL WAITING ON REGISTRATION CODE TO BE SENT TO MY EMAIL. Emailed support haven’t received a single response. It’s been 1 month. The product it’s self is decent for the price. Just want to be able to use the app.
Can’t register or do anything
This app doesn’t allow me to do absolutely anything not even register
App doesn’t work
It says use the code sent to your email to complete your registration but they never send any code in the email. I doubt it if this app even works.
No Sound???
Just downloaded the app and the videos have no sound to help out? What a joke. Keep your crappy product. Returning in the morning.

App will not recognize registration completely useless don’t waste your time.
Skip the troubles
There is no audio for the videos. The mirrors are great but the app is worthless. Just go to YouTube for all your hair cut related tutorials.

They can’t saying they sent me a confirmation email but I never received one. I kept checking

Never worked for me
I got the mirror and was hoping I could get a few pointer or learn something through the app. I couldn’t even register my account. It would ask for a confirmation code without ever sending one and tell me I have to reset my password despite not having even registered my account. I tried contacting support but never heard back from them. At least the mirror is useful🤷🏾♂️
