I downloaded yesterday this thinking it was great then I subscribed ans today the app is like when I downloaded it my credits were gone

Yes, it happened because you deleted the app while you still had credits, and then re-downloaded it. As you could see after, it was fixed and you could retrieve your subscription (and have even more credits that you previously had!)
