SelfQ Space

You know why it keeps happening. It happens anyway. The same argument. The same decision you keep putting off. SelfQ Space is made for that point: you feel stuck, and understanding it has not moved anything. HOW IT WORKS 1. Describe in your own words what weighs on you: a situation, or up to three things you notice. 2. Every state has its own number. SelfQ Space calculates yours from your words, using a fixed method and no AI. Your number becomes your Qode, a visual pattern. 3. You look at your Qode in a fixed 72-second sequence. After a 3-2-1 start the image appears and disappears in set intervals. No audio, no instructions, no timer on screen. The 72 seconds are the length of the sequence. They are not a promise about what happens afterwards. AFTER THE QODE - A journal with five scales: Physical, Emotional, Mental, Energy, Positive events around you - A daily reflection question - A progress chart - Optional reminders 1 day, 3 days and 1 week after a Qode, created on your device YOUR DATA Stored in the EU.
