Not bad
I can upload listings without any bother, usually. Sometimes the images don’t load the first time but always do on the second go. It would be great to be able to do more on this app apart from just upload listings. Even if I was able to find a copy of my shop URL quickly like you can on instagram.

If you forget your username or password you’re doomed to never using the app. There’s no reset password option. Terrible
Very poor Folksy
The app keeps crashing, reviews have said this previously yet not fixed. Very poor indeed.
No features other than listing your items
Very basic app which needs developing.
All it allows you to do is list your items.
A notification for a sale would be the next priority.
Ability to message customers would be the next.
You are unable to run a shop through the app. Adding and editing listings is the only function.

Cant log on
I couldn't log in with my username & password so I deleted it. Waste of my time.
Keeps crashing
I really like the app when it works, but often when I update a white box with spinning loading thing pops up and the only way I can get the app working again is to delete the app and then download it again! Hope this can be fixed as it’s taking too long to list items. I’d use the website more but I think you can only upload one photo at a time and that takes so long to trawl through my photos over and over.

Image upload not reliable
I’d love to use this app but the image upload key function has stopped working. Shame as it was an easier way to upload new products.
App is rubbish crashes
Listing a new item as on the app it’s supposed to be quick. But updating the listing before it went live the app decided to have a spinning ball on it.
Then my listing disappeared so will have to use the website.

I can’t log in! I’ve hanged my password also. And there is no option to sign in with Google or Facebook. What’s the point of paying for plus when the app doesn’t work!
Limited on photo upload
I came back to Folksy recently and was thrilled to find an app. Looking forward to a few more upgrades for the user.
To upload photos is a challenge on listings currently as only the recent iPhone folder can be accessed as opposed to sub category folders.

A good base
This app is great for making listings and editing current ones.
I would however prefer in a future update that they add the ability to edit your shop profile/about me and also the ability to see your stats. That really would make me use the app so much more.

Drafts do not work
I find the app really friendly and easy to use, but the fact that drafts are not displayed at all annoys me greatly. Is there anything that can be done?
A good start
The app works really well for listing and relisting of items. It would be good if it had more functionality such as seeing stats and being able to alter my page on the folksy website.

BRILLIANT!
I’m not great at technology at all and this app has made listing items in my shop immeasurably easier! I would much rather spend my time sewing than listing what I have made. Super quick and easy now- thank you.

Love it! I understand there is more to come with this app in the future. As it stands right now I can list my items and relist items that are due to expire soon. The app has cut down my listing times and saves me having to log in on a different device and faff about moving photographs around between devices. Thanks Folksy. I’m a happy seller

Makes listing items so easy
Having the app means that you can take the photos and upload all the details on your phone. I was thinking of leaving Folksy but this persuaded me to stay as it makes listing so much easier.
So much easy to list items now.
I downloaded this app 2 weeks ago and i love it as it makes listing so much easier even when i am out and about. Time management was my biggest issue but now with this app i can take out my phone any time and list my items there and then. Very happy.
Can’t login
I have iPad and iPhone and have a Folksy shop. I have tried installing this app several times now. I still cannot login. I’ve changed my password and updated everything, still can’t get in.
Portrait only, no good if your IPad has a keyboard
It’s been a while since I used my Folksy shop, and I noticed they now have a app for it I can use on my IPad, which is a great addition. Unfortunately the app is only set up to be shown in a portrait orientation, I open the IPad up, intending to use the Smart Keyboard that is part of its case, only to find I’m going to get an awful crick in my neck trying to do so.
Please see if you can change this so it will work with the Ipad in a landscape orientation as well.
