Wrong Reward
I applied for a reward, and you requested I prove (once again!) that I work for my company. Once I did that, you sent me the reward for the company I did not want. I can understand when I finish a set, and you only offer a particular reward, fine; but don’t change the reward after I select another one, because you want me to prove once again where I work.

This app is a great app to use for learning more about the products you are selling. They have live events you can attend, videos to watch, and transcripts to read that teach you about multiple areas in your store. In return you are eligible for prizes. I really appreciate this app.

Usually great
This app is usually great. Easy to use, and I’ve learned so much from it from daily participation. I’ve also won a variety of prizes over the years. Most recently though it started crashing on me within a few seconds of opening up the app. Shutting down and restarting my phone didn’t solve the issue. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app, which did solve the problem; however it erased my usage history. So my daily streak was reset to one. Which is annoying. Hopefully this will only be a one off.
