Honestly surpassed my expectations, when I was searching for things to speed up my reselling I scraped the internet but honestly its saved me a ton of time and helped me stay on track selling!

Bug issues
Sometimes the app gets the category wrong. And I have to go in each individual app and change things.
SELLRAZE
Decent app overall. It does what it’s supposed to do by helping price items and create listings quickly. However, it occasionally crashes or randomly signs me out, which gets frustrating. It also seems to think we’re still in 2023, so it doesn’t properly support items from 2026. If those issues were fixed, it’d be a much better app.

It logged me out and I can’t sign back it in it just keeps loading and I’m sure there is an email I can contact but honestly don’t wanna do the generic back and forth tried logging in with google no luck dried the phone number and resetting the password option and it never deleted the app nothing etc don’t waist your time get nifty

Slow and doesn’t get sales.
Since I’ve downloaded the app, I’ve made 0 sales from this app yet, on listings I’ve done myself differently on eBay I’ve made 9 sales, and on facebook I’ve had 4 sales all from listings myself and not SellRaze. Also the integrations are slow to load, and you are locked into editing your eBay listing through SellRaze if you used it to list. eBay doesn’t let you revise listing made by SellRaze but you can still revise listing you did yourself without SellRaze.

not accurate, too buggy
i payed for a subscription for a year and i connected it to my Depop account (@calebmario) so that it would list stuff there. it wouldn’t list stuff accurately. i sold a pair of vans sneakers that were men’s size 9, it determined from the photo that the shoe said women’s size 9, which was inaccurate. this caused me to loose money. in another instance i had a photo where my lens was a little bit dirty and where the splotches were it marked in the description as stains. it’s a great concept but i would not invest in it.

You have to pay way more than expected
YOU HAVE TO PAY JUST TO IDENTIFY A PIECE OF CLOTHING(taking a picture of clothing you want to know the price of AS ADVERTISED) don’t get it it’s not worth it just a crappier version of depop

I was doing a 3 day free trial. Went to cancel it before they charged my card, as the app is so so. There was no way to cancel it in the app or subscriptions. I reached out to their chat customer service before my card was charged with no response. DON’T DO IT!!!!!
Update- I received a response from what I’m assuming is an AI chat bot, promising help. Shocking, no help was given. I should have known something was not right that it doesn’t charge you through Apple, it takes you to a website called paddle to pay. I’ve reported them to Apple and the BBB.

Unnecessary ai subscription junk for literal unconscious droids who refuse to take any time out of their day to do even a surface level google search and learn about what they have. The people who use this app regularly are in the same boat as toddlers that eat crayons during naptime.

Good and bad at The same time
It is a very good app and very popular on social media but as soon as u wanna sell an ítem it makes u pay 9.99 for a month only to sell and thats what makes it bad.
