eBay integration
DO NOT integrate your eBay account through this app. It’ll completely ruin your shipping and business policies. You’ll have to go through every single listing and change the policy in order for you to go back to original shipping and business policies. WASTE of my time !!!!! I still don’t know if I’ll get back to the original setting. Once you integrate your eBay, you can no longer offer free shipping, have the customer pay for only a partial amount. You can’t pick how you want to ship the item (through usps,ups or FedEx.) I only use this app to scan items to see a - round about price for the item. The pricing this app gives can also change daily. I know it bases it off current sales price and past sales. But can still price it at a 50% difference from experience. The integration isn’t good especially since all the apps have different inputs when listing an item. I don’t like it. I’m sure theres another app to help you find current pricing, if not I’ll build one.

Subscription Plans & other issues
I cancelled my free trial because I couldn’t get my EBay account synced plus I had to sign up for other accounts I didn’t have. So here’s the issues that I have… While this app seems pretty useful when listing items you want to sell, not only are you paying a monthly subscription for this service but you’re also paying your other accounts like eBay to sell your item and once it sells, they ALSO charge you a fee , so you’re basically losing more money then what you want to sell it for at the end. The second issue I have with SellRaze is that you only gave me a few choices after the free trial is over, but when I canceled before the free trial ended, you gave me various options to subscribe. Like, I didn’t know there was a SellRaze premium for $9.99 a month, but yet you were going to charge me after the trial $44.99 a year? And what do you get with all the other plans with different prices? Maybe you should list out what you get with each plan so that people are aware of what they’re paying for versus just listing prices and the name of the subscription. I’m not paying $191.99 a year, which is the SellRaze pro annual package, if I don’t know what I’m getting.

Bought the 1 year plan and this app keeps on logging me out every month. This has been going on for 3 months now and it is honestly annoying to have to keep logging in. Fix this issue

I have to admit, i was not sure why i purchased this app, but it has saved me so much time, and I love how i was able to connect all my selling apps and post to all of them at one time. I will be a yearly subscriber for as long as i am selling and buying.
The other Great feature is the ability to scan multiple markets and get me the information on what i should pay, the range i should sell, which markets have the best chance of selling, and how long it might take to sell.

BS Broken app with no support
This app is a nice idea, but it messes up your listings and then, for some reason, it kicks you out of the integration When it’s inside of the SellRaze app. Then you try to reconnect it and you can’t, then you try to get help from someone and you can’t. It’s a massive hassle, again, great concept, but, the support sucks and the app is clunky and breaks all the time.

Sellraze used to be helpful and free but now they make it seem like having the premium is an option but without it you can’t even identify products without them asking you to pay for premium, no point in using it just use google atp

When I tried to do the Free trial they keep on trying to charge me 39.99 if it’s a three day free trial then why are you charging my account 39.99 for the first month? 🙄🙄🙄🙄
