It doesn’t work!
Downloaded app to both iphone & ipad. Paid for subscription. Tried multiple times to upload a document from icloud and dropbox and it doesn’t work. No ability to contact anyone other than via email which simply doesn’t help when facing a deadline. Just wasted the $ bc I now need to find another solution.

Persistent problem solvers
I’ve never seen support like this. A group of super problem solvers! They took the the time to think outside of the box and found a solution to transfer old credits to the new version! Most companies would be issuing apologies and reasons why they could not complete. They didn’t. They communicated that they would try for a resolution and accomplished it. That’s integrity and kindness, above and beyond. It wasn’t a huge crisis worth millions, but the kind gesture and determination was priceless. I appreciate you.

Easy to use fax for iPad
Allows you to adjust the pages being sent, add a cover page, and advises if the copy may not appear clear. Used several times so far and very satisfied
Un subscribing
It’s easy to start but it takes a rocket scientist to figure out how to end a subscription, I found the renew button but not the cancel button, it wouldn’t let me post at one star so I rated it at 5 let me see if that works
Awesome App…
I’ve had this app for years. I don’t fax often but when I DO it’s gotten so much easier every time I use it! I am very happy with it. So easy I fax right from my cellphone. Good job FAX&FAX 😊😊😊
Subscription cancellation
I wish to cancel this subscription because i have no use for it. I tried to access info, found out it was inactive and instead i landed out with a more expensive subscription and no direct contact possible.
I am suspicious of scam work and lies in the roots of this app. I found it convenient, but now i will never use it again.

Works great!
How do we cancel?
We needed just one fax sent and have been trying to cancel an unused subscription. We have searched everywhere on the site and can’t find a “cancel subscription” link. Please advise.

I’m so upset!!!! I stopped subscribing 7months ago and this app continued to charge me $22.99 per month for 7 months! I hadn’t used the app service and they took $160.00 from my bank and I’m livid! I mean upset! That they continued to take my money monthly!!! While I never used the service! I went to my bank reported it and reported to Apple!
Refund my money back! $160.00 that do t belong to you. They have not answered an email either .

TRASH!! ITS A SCAM!!
iPhone 11 Pro downloaded and will not send faxes at all all it shows is a loading icon when trying to send and then it freezes and closes it out. I need my refund!!

The plans are pricy if you do not fax often
After the free trial, the plans are pricy if you do not fax often at all but this app works great and has saved me a couple of times. It is easy to use and works quickly.
Super Easy!
I can’t believe how simple this was! I typed in the fax number, selected a file I had saved on Dropbox and within 2 minutes, the office had received the fax. Amazing!

This app is perfect for anyone who needs to fax something and doesn’t have a fax machine. It really is free and easy as can be!! I was skeptical at first, but once it said the fax went threw it won me over!! It really is free and it even sounds like a fax transmission. This app is perfect for any and everyone who needs to fax something. It’s even easier and more accurate than a real fax machine. And you also get a fax number. Not sure if faxes can be sent back. I’m checking on this now. Definitely use this App!! You will be happy!!!

Exactly what they say
I had to get some files sent over within and hour and sign them and this app was a two in one! Not only could I sign over the documents so that no one shared them, I could do it all within the app. Also I can text a faxed image to a friend on the go which saves me so much time! Love this app a lot! Me and my business partners will be using it regularly! This is New York! We don’t have time to find printers and fax machines.
