Too expensive and not faxing my papers. I plan on canceling.

Continued to fax blank forms, even though I previewed them before sending, information was there, but the “delivered fax” was an empty form. Did that multiple times. The history does NOT permanently delete. It’ll show that it’s deleted, you exit that page, check it again, it’s right back there. Like it’s storing your information against your will. It won’t stay deleted! This app is wonky, and feels unsafe. Unfortunately, I was in a bind, and needed to use it. Not worth the price, won’t know if my fax was received properly, the history won’t delete, no one answered my email for assistance. Find another app, this one isn’t worth the headache.
