Technical Difficulties
I am a first time user. I thought this would be so easy and convenient for sending some documents I do once a year. I took pictures of my pages before setting up my fax. There is a 50 gb max for uploads so I’m not sure if what I sent will be acceptable (removed some pages that didn’t seem necessary). As I was trying the app force closed on me 5 times. The last 2 times it made it to the complete page but force closed on me the 2nd to last time. I sent it before it closed but will be holding onto my documents just in case I need to go send them a different way. Not sure if it even worked at this point. The idea is great just not sure the technology was up to par.

Wonderful, easy to use
Not Dependable
I used this app to fax my sister’s application for Medicare. She has Down Syndrome and Alzheimer’s so she cannot apply for herself. The fax was confirmed as delivered but KanCare didn’t receive it so she is loosing her services. I hope this app disappears!
