I used this app to fax my sister’s application for Medicare. She has Down Syndrome and Alzheimer’s so she cannot apply for herself. The fax was confirmed as delivered but KanCare didn’t receive it so she is loosing her services. I hope this app disappears!

Unreasonable charges for people who only want to send one fax.
I Fax maybe one time a year. My printer is not capable of sending faxes so I usually have to go to Kinko’s or an office supply store. This app wants to charge $15 to send one fax. Not worth it for those who do not need it on a regular basis.

Easy peasy!
I’ve used several different fax apps throughout the years and there’s always some subscription or it lags or whatever—this app is a winner! Definitely using for work and personal fax! Saves me a trip to the work office or post office!!

Purchased a subscription and no matter what I do (signing out, deleting and re-adding), it keeps telling me I need to sign up again. I’d like my $14.99 back
