Bad Service
The app don't work and the support never answer the questions or call you back. the same problem is with the Online Portal.

How do you even register for the thing. I had to call them and to get us registered on the website because it wouldn’t do it for me. Shouldn’t it register in the app as well? FYI it took 6 calls and 3 days after the last one for them to call me back!
