I never leave reviews, but it’s been so helpful to be able to have Cleaners come on demand that can take care of everything without much guidance!

App with problem
No problem with service however app got bug and when contact their help email or WhatsApp no one answer. The date selection was not coming up and therefore could not select. No way of contacting the company when need help.

I posted a job, which was accepted quickly, and I was sent a very professional service provider.
Terrible experience
The cleaner was late, no apology and did a TERRIBLE job. I took photos and sent to customer service who informed me it wasn’t their problem! I asked for compensation which wasn’t given. And they ignored my messages unless I repeatedly messaged. Will never use again.
App doesn’t open
App doesn’t open on my iphonex, just loading screen then crashes

Terrible cleaners and poor service
The cleaners are inconsistent, unprofessional, and do a below average job.
I’ve had one cleaner terrified of my little dogs - and another tell me that most are Malay so cannot be near dogs.
She also didn’t know how to clean bathrooms (tried to use toilet cleaner, which contains bleach, on tiles and left all bathrooms soaking wet).
I’ve just asked my 3rd cleaner to leave because she arrived late, sick, and smelled of cigarettes. I don’t want smelly clothes from her ironing and to get sick.
I’m now waiting for my refund because the discount code and credits issued for inconveniencing me mean I have to keep using the app when I don’t want anymore negative experiences.

Inconsistent
Had a very good experience the first time I used Sendhelper. The lady I was assigned was clean and thorough. However the second time I used the app, another lady was assigned to me. This second lady was 29min late, and I had to re-iron everything. I haven't dared to try a third time.

Easy access, and great service!
Appalling customer service
These people need to learn how to manage customers and suppliers rather than just an app. Our cleaner cancelled 2 minutes after the booking time and they did nothing to find a replacement. Instead they told me to re-book. They eventually found a replacement for the next day (far too late for my circumstances at the time) and didn't even offer a discount.

Misleading credit and payment system
I installed the app and noticed there are 5 hours included, so I booked a cleaning session. It turns out this is actually a bug because the payment system isn't working. I receive a text from an unknown number to submit payment information.
If the payment system is not ready, the user should know before making arrangements for the cleaning appointment. I ended up cancelling the cleaning appointment unfortunately.
The app is a good idea, it's just not quite ready yet.

Reliable and easy
Very good experience so far with this app, quicker bookings than Helpling and good service when I've had questions. Keep up the good work
