A non functional app which means you can’t get the discount which then makes the membership pointless
Poor customer service
I was paying for items at the United Square outlet and was intending to use the $5 discount voucher. I was told after I had pressed Redeem on the app that I had to spend $50 to be able to use the voucher. I had purchased a total of close to $45 without realizing it. Why couldn’t the cashier advise me that all I had to do was to purchase another item to make up the total to $50 in order to use the voucher? Of course I should have realized it as well, but couldn’t the cashier be a bit more helpful here???
Now I have wasted the voucher as apparently once it has been Redeemed it cannot be reused.
