Great app for business SMS
Glitchy
The app glitches way too much for an app that is critical for pur business. I am having to delete and reinstall the app regularly as a way to reset it work properly. I have no idea how many phone calls I miss when the app decides to stop working and gives error codes I have never seen before. Today, it won’t work at all even after reinstalling multiple times.
When it’s working it’s a good app. But, they should have been able to provide a better solution for glitches after being around this long.

Years of issues and glitches
We have been a longtime customer (over 7 years)
Their costs go up however their service is quite awful at times. Our team is now neglecting to use it whatsoever as it will freeze and time out upon attempted use multiple times a week. It is frustrating and not a reliable product.

Great application for Business SMS!!! Active and responsive development team.
Great app - could be better
We have a team using sendhub and view it as a very useful tool. A few glitches from time to time but we're comfortable with it being critical to the organization.
I hope they add the capability to send photos soon and cut down on the ability of new team members to add their own contacts from their phones.

Terrible service
One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. They refused to port out my number. Took ages.
Optimize this asap
Great service on PC and Android but the app on iPhones is total garbage. There hasn’t been a single day where this app doesn’t slow down and glitch. I have a brand new iPhone 13 pro max and this is the only app that gives me trouble. When I go to type a text, the keyboard freezes consistently. The app freezes the majority of the time after hitting the send button. Switching between contacts/messages in the inbox is also glitchy. This app needs to be optimized asap

Cant export data - what?
We've been using SendHub for quite some time, and have some concerns. The features are good, but the call quality is somewhat variable, they just had an outage because of an expired Google Chrome certificate, and we've found that there is no way to export contacts from their database, which is hard to understand.
Hopefully they will make the changes and improvements soon and we will be able to continue to use them.

Crap!
Don't rely on this app to conduct professional business. No customer support whatsoever. You can be in the middle of a call/text with a client and suddenly your account is suspended for no apparent reason. Can't access any of your contacts, etc. Garbage.
Garbage
This app is absolutely useless on an iPhone. SendHub is good for using on the computer, but don't rely on this app. Slow, glitchy, messages don't come through half the time. It's absolute garbage.
Garbage from a company that doesn't care
App and service are worse than using smoke signals on a windy day. Sometimes it kind of works, if you know where the nests of bugs are and how to work around them. Mostly is doesn't, and their staff doesn't care. Do not use this app.
Looooove it
I haven't been able to use it much but I love what I have used! And it's super great to not have to give my personal number out for my small business contacts :)

App works pretty good for the desktop. On/off for the phone. Difficult to get questions answered from their support people.
Terrible app
We like SendHub but their app is unusable. UI is unresponsive half of the time, please stop blocking the main thread! I can't believe such a large company can ship such a poor app. Please fix asap, it is crucial to our business!

Was a little glitchy at first but getting better and more useful. Recommend using it.

Works good for secondary/business line! $15/month is a bit steep when others provide for free.

Keeps signing out! Please fix
App is great except every time a bloody update is released, the app signs you out without you knowing. This results in missed notifications. Please fix this and stop having us sign in all the time, or add Touch ID or 1Password support. Please.

We use this app to communicate with each other (both using SMS and calls) on a daily basis. The new app is much faster and more reliable
