Fantastic app with better rates than competitors
I have been using another application to send money, and they continue to increase their rates. Every time it’s more expensive. This app is just a few dollars, is faster, and works wonderfully. Keep up the great work and thank you! 👍👍
Missing money, no one to contact
As a returning customer with several past transactions and some mixed impressions of this service, I attempted to send more money through the app this morning. Six hours later, the transaction is still "processing," the money happily gone from my bank account and never getting to the intended recipient. The "support" bot in the app is utterly useless, the sloppy design also making it rather tricky to type in the support interface, which strikes me as a deliberate ploy to foil user communication. The customer support button on the desktop site is simply dead (surely, this can't be an accident), while the FAQ section assures users that their transfer will be delivered in 15 minutes. As a financial product, this is beyond outrageous. I wholly intend to report this to the state Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.

Please fix it!
In the chat with customer support there is the button “Share with recipient” on the way of typing. And also the waiting time to chat with an operator is too long. I’m 420 in the queue!!!

Great and easy way to send money from US to Russia. Took about 20 mins to process and all.
