Fantastic app with better rates than competitors

I have been using another application to send money, and they continue to increase their rates. Every time it’s more expensive. This app is just a few dollars, is faster, and works wonderfully. Keep up the great work and thank you! 👍👍

Missing money, no one to contact

As a returning customer with several past transactions and some mixed impressions of this service, I attempted to send more money through the app this morning. Six hours later, the transaction is still "processing," the money happily gone from my bank account and never getting to the intended recipient. The "support" bot in the app is utterly useless, the sloppy design also making it rather tricky to type in the support interface, which strikes me as a deliberate ploy to foil user communication. The customer support button on the desktop site is simply dead (surely, this can't be an accident), while the FAQ section assures users that their transfer will be delivered in 15 minutes. As a financial product, this is beyond outrageous. I wholly intend to report this to the state Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.

Please fix it!

In the chat with customer support there is the button “Share with recipient” on the way of typing. And also the waiting time to chat with an operator is too long. I’m 420 in the queue!!!

Works

Great and easy way to send money from US to Russia. Took about 20 mins to process and all.
A lot of verification needed, I was a little skeptic all but it worked. Will definitely use it again soon.

Needs to be improved

Feeling like a hostage of that app with no other way to send money to animal charities in russia that are more abandoned than ever there. The app is glitchy, fussy and it needs lots, lots of bugs to be removed. It always takes me 3-4 attempts before money is successfully sent. Now it also requires verification. On the positive side, the customer service has been efficient so far.

Works but rarely

In my experience the attempted transfers fail at least 90% of the time, the reason is always vague, and the most annoying part is there is a prompt that tries to pass blame to the bank you are using. Each time I asked the bank to investigate they tell me that there were no requests made and they did not interfere with anything. This app is designed poorly and malfunctions constantly.

I am actually blown away. I thought that it was fake, but decided to try it. Full 5 stars. Would never have found this if paypal hadn’t shut down payments to russia

02.23Обновлю-ка review еще раз: апп работает! Сначала давало ошибку транзакции раз 10, хотя до этого проходили транзакции без препятствий с той же карты виза. Короче, после нескольких звонков в банк оказалось, что не только сам банк, но и виза блокирует транзакции. Попался хороший оператор, который сделал исключение на карту и в банке и в системе Виза! Через 10 минут все заработало и транзакция прошла! Апп рабочий!

12.22Update: сделал 3 перевода, 2 на бкс визу, 1 на Райффайзенбанк карту Мир. 2 мелких, 1 большой. Все работает! Спасибо за то, что функционируете! Так держать! Старое ревью оставлю, вдруг кому понадобится.

Old: Переслал деньги с сша в Россию на пробу. Сначала сделал верификацию, потом сам догнал, что только с дебитки. Кредитку апп не берет. С 30ти долларов заплатил комиссию 2$. С 1000 будет примерно баксов 40. Короче с 10й попытки перевелось. Дальше думаю будет плавнее:) по сути использует крипто платформу, для людей, у которых нет аккаунтов на криптобирже. Работает.

Best out there so far

Works as promised, sends within minutes, conversion rate in the app seems to check out (though doesn’t seem to match what their website shows for the same pair of currencies). Customer support is helpful.

idea of startup is great but still have bugs

I have to change the review, because the transaction finally took place and I did not take into account that this is just a startup and the guys are still developing. I wish you good luck and hope the personal data of bank cards will not leak anywhere..

It works

Pros:
- money has been transferred to the card within 5 minutes
- support responding
- intuitive process

Cons:
- does not support Visa credit card (at least for me, so used debit) and when process failed - not so clear explanation of the reason
- I would say there is nothing about the Sendnomad mobile app itself, it’s mostly using 3rd party service to cover the purchasing backend process with almost empty UI (no account, no statistics, can’t edit info, etc.)
