Now you have a better option to keep things private. This app allows you to pass your weight discreetly from your Watch to your smartphone.  Like when you’re in the gym and using voice commands is not a good option. Just toggle the wheels and tap the "Send" button. Includes the Widget for the Modular watch faces. Imperial or metric units can be toggled. Please be sure to allow Permissions (in the "Settings" of your smartphone and/or Watch) for the app to write data to Health.
