Waste of time
Bought one of these units and now it is headed to the garbage because the company went out of business and the app is not working now. Total waste of money and time. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

After working very well for years, all SENS8 devices disconnected
After working well for years, all three of my sensei it all in one devices, and my SENS8 outdoor light disappeared from my software and disconnected from my net work. Recently, I replaced my router and have been unable to get my SENS8 devices hooked up to the software very disappointed.
Don’t wast your money on this!
Does not work!!! I get some many errors and I’ve sent emails and have never gotten a response. It a waste of money!! If you bought the camera please go return it!!
Wish they we’re working more then not
I have 5 of these cams , used for 3-4 yrs now I love them, just this last year around September 2022 one by one they stopped connecting to my Wi-Fi . I tried to buy more from Amazon and they weren’t available.I like not having to pay for a subscription. What I don’t like is no tech support or phone number u can call . What has happened to them I don’t want to have to replace them all. Is there a recall or a website that I can purchase more . Please help I’ve invested a lot here .

The app is garbage keeps telling me im not connected to the internet when clearly I am smh waste of money on the purchase of the camera when the app doesn’t work properly would give zero stars if it was possible
Great camera
This has been a great camera to me for five years the app and everything has worked fine and now all the sudden I can’t even login anymore so I would hope the developers would put out an update, so this can continue to work. I use it as an office camera to see who pulls up at the office while I’m not there and it has not been short of notifying me when something is going on. I don’t know how many videos of bees and butterflies I have but it captures everything that is in motion in the area you put it on but like I said the app is not working right now, so it is a bit..

Apparently they have added an update to the Google play store. But I don’t have Android, and I haven’t seen any good reviews for this company in over 4 years.
They are scamming anyone willing to buy crap with no technical support at all, from a company that’s always on the run.

App Doesn’t Work
This company seems to have gone under.
My cameras disappeared from the app and the app won’t load now. There’s no mention of them anywhere on the internet.

Offline permanently
In December 2022 the app stopped connecting to Ripple's server and thus there is no more streaming, cameras are no longer usable. My investment on three cameras in the last three years went down the drain, and the company will not respond to any request for clarification, likely because they stopped running these products altogether.

Had this camera for three years loved it worked perfectly company just shut down the app. No more host or domain. which means you can’t even connect to it anymore to get previous events or anything as soon as you open the app it says there is no specific server for the host

Doesn’t work anymore
I’ve had this for a few years. I was a pretty loyal customer, and for the most part, it worked pretty well. And now it doesn’t work anymore. I cannot log onto my alarm or set my alarm. I logged off and now I can’t log back in. And now their website is not even functioning anymore. I’m not even gonna bother complaining to them because they never receive or answer my emails. Even when they were working there were times when I wasn’t able to log onto the alarm which is really annoying and now they don’t even work anymore at all. it’s like the company just gave up and didn’t tell us.

I have 3 outdoor cameras, after a year none will play live video and capture any video.
When set to alarm it does chapter a picture and sound no video, I have tried reset update and complete reboot with no success.
