Awful and terrible customer service.
I ordered over $50 dollars worth of lash supplies just to have the glue spilled when it arrived and the lash brushes were missing from the packaging. I tried to ask for them to send me my lash brush and they never replied.

Do not order from here I don’t know if someone has taken over the company or ages written people off no way I should pay $210 for shipping for a $500+Order purchase, in the comments on Instagram from other customers have stated they have their money and not giving them their products, I knew something was off, I just couldn’t put my finger on it. I’m glad I went back to their IG page before I made my purchase.

I have been a loyal customer and placed multiple orders with Sense. I am frustrated because I keep earning points, however, I don’t understand how to redeem and use those points when making my purchases on the Sense website or app.
How do I find my points total?
How can I apply the points I have earned to a future order I place, so that I can receive a discount on my order?
