App and user

Not a good app. Very hard to install and set up. No support

Just a few requests to make this awesome please!

There are SO many reasons for SO many seasons to have pre-sets. Please add them! Change the “Graphs and Logs” to show back to back events (like milliseconds apart) as one timed event! There is NO need to show them as two events. It’s mind-numbingly painful to have to skim through so many logs for no reason! Save space and add extra time backwards!

Below Average

Having all the features locked behind an additional subscription feels grubby. I could almost forget about it but all the features are pushed in the app. I have to scroll all the way past features I’ll never buy to see my data on the Home Screen. I don’t want your extended warranty.

Good when it works. Doesn’t work for long.

Sensibo didn’t have my air conditioners’ controls in this database but a different model at least allowed very basic controls. I was happy enough with it until, about a year or so after buying it, it just stopped being able to detect any WiFi signals. I’m assuming hardware failure. I’ll try a different brand next time.

Terrible connection problems

They really need to improve the connection to the units

Low quality app with excessive memory leaks

This is a very low quality app with numerous memory leaks that increase CPU utilization and drain battery.

Subscription

After paying $150 for the product, you would expect to have all features available. Cannot recommend, buy one of aliexpress, does the same thing and no monthly fee to use your device on your phone on your air conditioner.

Seriously a SCAM

Paying $150 for an infrared wifi pod and THEN paying $5 a MONTH for a subscription to add a WIDGET to my Home Screen? You’ve got to be joking. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous.

Good enough but full of ads

App works, though disappointing to pay a decent whack of money and then get blasted with ads or locked features at every point.

Used to be free feature now paid

Used to be free feature now paid . Stay away. Go for tplink infra red if u just need on-off like this useless device now.

Expensive and always asking for more money

Apparently the device payment isn’t enough so they spam you to give them more money

Sensibo Plus pricing/purchasing?

The app description says Sensibo + costs 2.99/mo, but the app says it's 4.99/mo, but then the app won't even let you purchase by the month, it just ignores you if you try to purchase a monthly subscription and only works if you purchase by the year, which is $34.99.

Also please change the way you can adjust the temperature in climate react. The little + and - things drive me crazy (I always get near the temp I want, and then bam it slides all the way to the end!), and the slider is so hard to get exact. Just let me type in the friggin temp I want.

And climate react needs a home and away setting. I’d love to be able to maintain my AC at a less power hungry setting when in away then when I’m home.

Sensors are terrible

On average its off by atleast 5 degrees at all times

Limited Functionality

Mitsubishi MiniSplit has loads of functions…
Sensibo cannot even adjust in 1° increments… instead changing temp by 2° at a time.
…and even basic functions are unavailable.

I don’t recommend this app or product!
It seemed like it would be so cool. Not really though.

It works but…

Prepare to be advertised to every time you go to use the app with an attempted uncharged. You must scroll past attempted up-charges every use to get to what you need because paying for the devices isn’t enough. Also, no easy way to change settings or create shortcuts to flip certain settings on and off so you must always scroll through adverts to find settings buried multiple levels deep.

Enough with the AI Assistant nonesense

In the latest release, they put the useless AI Assistant up on top of all my A/C controls. It takes up 30% of my screen and I always have to scroll down to access A/C controls when they all used to fit within the screen without the need to scroll down at all. And I’m a paid subscriber for crying out loud!!

Hopeless

The app tells you to complete processes which are completely wrong. The tech support is non existent.

Doesn’t work, software issues

Got a Sensibo Air Pro. Does not work at all, and I think the software is to blame. It failed to join the WiFi network from the list on the initial setup, and every subsequent attempt (even after resets) couldn’t even pull up the WiFi list.

Going to return the product and try another company’s offering. Disappointed.

As everyone else recently rated the subscription is a scam

Doesn’t provide anything of value that others provide for free. Not enough updates either to be of value. Find a better option.

UX/UI could be better

- The vertical swing controls are incredibly confusing, the 'up' button is at the bottom while the 'down' button is at the top. Not to mention the horizontal swing which adjusts along the X-axis, yet the menu is laid out vertically along the Y-axis here and there.

- It works with Google Home, but functionality is very limited. I can only turn it on/off and adjust the temperature, there’s even no option to control the fan speed. not to mention H/V swing.

- The 'Climate React' feature could be better. It fails to account for air humidity, focusing only on temperature setting. Because of this, it can't determine what the temperature should be set at to achieve a specific 'feels like' target.
