As a parent, the concept is good, however the lack of search options that have been on the roadmap for at least 3 years is infuriating. It would also be extremely helpful to sort by watched/unwatched, group by game, etc.

Good but no Chromecast

Please add chromecast support in addition to Airplay! It’s much safer and healthier to stream content to a TV in a communal space than to give a child a handheld device.

Worst app ever

Sensical is great but nothing works even live tv. But video's are working but if i want more videos of the same channel it does not work I hope you can fix it soon.

Why I rate it a 4

I love the videos…but when I was trying to watch slick slime Sam I couldn’t see the videos and all 6 sessions were the same thing because it is my favorite thing to watch on sensical so I would like you to fix that.

Unable to block shows

I thought this app would be great until I discovered that every single show that I blocked, because I didn’t want my child having access to them, would reappear on the Home Screen after the app was excited. I’ve tried numerous times blocking these shows from the parent tab on my laptop and I’d see these shows in the “blocked content” tab. But as soon as I close the browser window and reopen it, the blocked shows are gone from the blocked list. Very frustrating and no one from the Sensical team has replied to my email requests for help.

Adding search is on our product roadmap - we are exploring how best to design to accommodate our preschool users who don't yet read/write all the way to our savviest older users - like yourself! In the meantime, a temporary workaround, - go to the "explore" tab (accessed by clicking on the treasure chest) - you will find an alphabetical listing of our shows (plus a list of topics!) - click on Leah Ashe and you can access all of her awesome videos!
