Sentient has an excellent mobile app - lots of valuable information and easy to use. Customer support is responsive with a great attention to detail.

I found this app easy to book my extended trip.
Crashes, Freezes and Won’t Update Info
App works sporadically. It continues to freeze when planning a trip. Trips don’t refresh unless you log out and back in. Adding trip details like catering and transportation requests is difficult. Waiting for Trip Request to appear in list before adding details slows process of booking a flight. It’s still easier to send an email to client services. Why bother with an app that doesn’t perform to the level of service Sentient clients expect?
