Kicks you out
When you’re trying to flip screens and download documents from your Blue Cross Blue Shield or screenshot from your photos when you flip the screen, it kicks you out and you Have to start all over again. annoying
App is buggy
App functionality is okay, but the fact it logs you out every time you switch apps makes it really hard to input information from other places.

Garbage, doesn’t work
Try uploading using the Smart Scan feature. It has been broken for over a year.

In these difficult times i am amazed at the time and energy Sentinel is requesting to cover COVID tests that we have no options but to pay for upwards of 250 dollars
Their repeated denial for trivial reasons is disconcerting. Testing centers use various on line platforms and receipts for services are at times on more than one statement

Turned in medicine receipts and didn’t approve. Not easy to use
Miserable to use
So little effort in making this garbage app easy to use. Clearly not interested in making using your benefits easy. Who gets to keep unused balances I wonder? …
THE WORST APP
Absolute GARBAGE. Not user friendly at all. Logs you out the moment you leave the app to look at something else. Which you MAY have to do if you’re going to be entering in a bunch of receipts. Terrible interface, laggy, barely works.

They rejected every claim and demanded letters from doctors for surgeries. Insanity.
