Glitchy
When it works, it works great, but lately been having issues and glitches signing in and automatically signing me out and now it’s not working. Now forced to go through browser to use Sentral.
Could be better
Looks pretty but doesn’t have the functionality of the old app.
I loved the old app better because you could toggle to the desktop version for full functionality - like signing in, reading daily notices, accessing profiles etc.
Tried to look at my timetable in a few weeks but it only let me go so far and then didn’t give me any information.
Sometimes new is not always better!

Looking forward to the upstate. Always a few bigs early on. Good start. Although they could simple improved web interface.
Slow. Only shows my timetable.
From the worst company for customer service comes the worst app for customers. Every page is slow to load. Can’t search to mark other rolls. Can’t search to see any one else’s timetable. Like Sentral it’s slow, under powered and makes me question so many of my life decisions. Not even the chance of a $50 voucher would convince me to lie.

The app makes looking at the timetable and marking the roll super easy, especially on the mobile device.

Would love to be able to search students or other staff here. Also, would love the ‘desktop access’ to be provided as a one click option.

Shocking!!
Shocking userbility, never remembers your log in details, phone version offers barely anything, desktop version hard to use on a phone and half the time it won’t even load to the log in page!!!!
Not user friendly
Having to find your school and sign in with your email and password every single time (even when choosing to stay signed in) makes it really hard to use the app when it’s needed quickly. Not user-friendly at all time-consuming sign in.

Just got it but not impressed yet
Opened on a weekend- as you do but I can’t mark a roll you forgot from Friday because it’s the weekend and it says there’s no rolls and there’s no way to change the day.
Timetable has the current date at the bottom even if it’s showing a different day on the time table.

App is easy and convinent
Extremely Problematic
Requires constant multi-step logins. Username, password and SMS code must be entered multiple times per session as many users seem to get locked out after EVERY operation. Assistance requests go unanswered. Needs a LOT of work to be useful and practical for teachers.
Limited functionality
This app is too basic with limited functionality - it can’t even look up other teachers’ and students’ timetable.
Maintenance required.
Outdated list of schools for 2025. Can’t open the app. Sentral have known about the merger of the two Randwick schools for months now.
Simple & effective
It makes checking your timetable and entering incidents on the fly easy. Would be great to be able to search for alternate staff/student timetables as well as leave feedback in the app.
