Regarding operational matters, on occasions where delays occurred due to an accident on the road or extreme weather, I communicated proactively; while onsite staff acknowledged these situations with understanding, they were later documented negatively.
Finally, in contrast to other schools where bell systems are standard, this school lacked a visible bell system and did not provide this information in advance, which caused initial confusion. Ultimately, it appears Senya will only consider the official reviews provided by the school, regardless of the context.
I always asked for feedback whenever possible and always implemented the feedback immediately. Most of the feedback received was genuinely good. There was very little correction when needed.

Easy to Use
It was easy to go through the process to get qualified for subbing. I like how I can see opportunities and work a flexible schedule. The bonus pay for working more days and taking urgent morning jobs is my favorite!
