I had such a wonderful experience today at Sephora Rundle Mall, thanks to Zara. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me find my perfect foundation shade. My skin tone has a warm undertone and can be quite difficult to match, but Zara took the time to test multiple shades without making me feel rushed.
She also generously gave me samples so I could wear them at home in different lighting and take my time before making a decision. Her exceptional customer service, professionalism, and genuine care made the whole experience so enjoyable.

I was hesitant because of the price, but this BHA exfoliant lives up to the hype. It leaves my skin feeling incredibly smooth and helps keep my pores clear. I’ve noticed fewer bumps, improved texture, and an overall glow. The bottle lasts a long time, making it good value for money. One of the best skincare products I’ve tried.

My only one feedback is that rewards can be difficult to redeem at times because popular items go out of stock very quickly. It would be great to see more reward options or better availability. Overall its a great app
