My skin tone has a warm undertone and can be quite difficult to match, but Zara took the time to test multiple shades without making me feel rushed.
She also generously gave me samples so I could wear them at home in different lighting and take my time before making a decision. Her exceptional customer service, professionalism, and genuine care made the whole experience so enjoyable.

I was hesitant because of the price, but this BHA exfoliant lives up to the hype. It leaves my skin feeling incredibly smooth and helps keep my pores clear. Promo codes don’t work
Promo codes don’t work in the app. They add and then disappear a second later. Sephora customer service say to go onto a browser - they are app only codes. If your codes don’t work and your app doesn’t work and your customer service aren’t helpful, then I guess I shop at Adore now.
