The terrible glitchiest app ever!!!!!
Buffering for 5 minutes with every single click is incredibly frustrating. It’s almost impossible to choose a pickup or delivery address. If you want to encourage people to shop online, the first thing you need to do is improve your app!

Every click is so slow, it’s not my phone because competitor’s app is significantly better experience. Reminds me of iphones 10 years ago style - needs an overhaul. Not a good shopping experience

Terrible app
This app has always been terrible. They’ve made very few changes over the years but no improvements. Live chat doesn’t work, you lose your place on a page if you swap briefly to a different app, it asks you every 30 seconds if you’d like to receive notifications evens though you’ve already said no… it’s always a frustrating experience. They don’t seem to take on feedback regarding the buggy app.

She also generously gave me samples so I could wear them at home in different lighting and take my time before making a decision. Her exceptional customer service, professionalism, and genuine care made the whole experience so enjoyable.

Promo codes don’t work
Promo codes don’t work in the app. They add and then disappear a second later. Sephora customer service say to go onto a browser - they are app only codes. If your codes don’t work and your app doesn’t work and your customer service aren’t helpful, then I guess I shop at Adore now.
