Stopped working on iPhone
It wa working brilliantly before but now fails to launch or if it does it freezes. I can’t use it at all. Is there any fix for an iPhone please?
Not good
Had this app for two years now and it rarely loads when launched. Very poor performance. One camera will load eventually, then when you switch to another cam it freezes, then goes offline. Very disappointed. Looking for another system now that works properly.
Was good app
When I first installed the system worked really well on both my iPad and iPhone only my wife can access the app. I have deleted the app on my phone and iPad and reinstalled to no avail.
Great generally
We have had a couple of glitches here and there but overall I would say it works extremely well and it’s a lot more stable than some of the apps which we use for other CCTV systems we use.I certainly find it seems to do the trick for us with four cameras on one particular location so I would definitely recommend it I was debating between four and five but I’m think five is in order it’s been in for a year now and very few problems.

Should I have a red light flashing on my machine

Sound is terrible. Slow to initially load.
Sound is terrible. Can’t here properly. Hussling back ground noise. Also bits being missed. Hear 2 words, then can’t hear anything at all clearly.

When I watch live on my mobile the picture blacks out after every several s
seconds. It should stay on till I leave the app.

Connection issues
There are always connection issues with this app to the cameras. Need to have very strong connection otherwise it will not connect. Very annoying as I have paid a lot of money for the whole setup!

Why am I finding the software for viewing on my Mac so difficult to get? I’ve contacted Serage many times but not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement from them. Very disappointing. The equipment is good though.

Keep crushing and goes off on mobile App for a month and you can’t do anything - can’t see live nor can play recorded video - waste of my money. Wish I didn’t installed the garbage!
