تأخير كبير جداً في التنفيذ والاستلام طلبي أكمل ٤ أسابيع والا الان حالة الطلب لم تتغير " قيد التنفيذ " بالرغم انه مكتوب في سياسة الطلب اقصى حد للتنفيذ ١٤ يوم عمل فقط وانا اكملت الشهر وكل ماتواصلت معهم يقولون لي ضغط طلبات وجاري تنفيذ الطلب وسيتم الشحن في أقرب وقت والا الان لم يتغير شيء ولم يصلني اي شيء ولم يقوموا بأرجاع المبلغ
