Terrible!
if you’re downloading this app i hope you bought your purifier less than 30 days ago. if you did, RETURN IT! app is absolutely terrible and doesn’t communicate right with the device. the light doesn’t adjust correctly. just starts strobing and changing on its own. real fun when baby is trying to sleep! now the crazy bright display screen will randomly start flashing for no reason and only way to stop it is unplug it! company says they’ve been trying to help me resolve the issue but they are not. they’re just blaming my internet but i have devices including now a hatch sound machine i had to buy to use as a light. all functions to turn up light and sound work fine on it. they even told me they had never heard of anyone having my issue before but there was already an app update done saying it fixed my exact issue before i ever reached out to them… terrible product terrible service. won’t give me my money back or let me return an overpriced item that does not work.
